Running brings out our best selves and, as your coach, it’s my goal and passion to help you hone everything unique about you into your best runner-self.
I've heard my coaching style described as combination spirited-militant and, while I think I’m way more cheerleader than drill sergeant, I’m not one to coddle. I’ll push you and challenge you to push yourself.
